Often, we receive applications from individuals who aspire for careers in law enforcement, recognizing that the level of training, professional demands, mission importance and company reputation all make employment at RAMS a valuable entry on one's resume.

No company likes to see good employees leave; however, since the day we began, management has held to a simple belief:  If we can have a great employee for even a couple of years while assisting them in fulfilling their career dreams, then RAMS, our clients and our officers have all benefited immensely.

We are extremely proud of the number of officers who have left RAMS and been picked-up by law enforcement agencies that recognize if an individual has made the RAMS Team, they are someone special who deserves a closer look.

On several occasions, departing officers have shown back-up at our door after discovering the grass may not have been greener and a career at RAMS is a pretty good placed to be as well.
